Going off the draft I found

this is the best place to ask for:

Permissions to use the slopenid.net domain (clause 1.2)
Permission to use the SLOpenID name/mark for services on and related to 
the slopenid.net domain (clause1.1, 2, 2.2)

SLOpenID is designed to be an OpenID server just for Second Life 
Residents- more information can be found via the website.
