[Openid-aiim] No quorum on the call today

Hi all,
We adjourned the call early today due to a lack of quorum (only 5
attendees).

This is consistent with the pattern observed the last few times when the CG
call was at this time (1PM PT).

I propose we drop the CG calls that are held at 1PM PT (i.e. have the
general CG call only every other week, when we don't have the subgroup
calls).

Please respond with your thoughts on this proposal.
