[Openid-aiim] [AIIM/Taxonomy] Launch of the sub group

Hi AIIM contributors who raised hands,

This is the official email launching the Taxonomy subgroup.


  1.  You should all be on the OpenID Slack workspace. If someone is not invited yet, let me know.
  2.  The Github has been updated with:
     *   A dedicated folder for the work  https://github.com/openid/cg-ai-identity-management/tree/main/taxonomy-sub-group
     *   Issues to start discussions https://github.com/openid/cg-ai-identity-management/issues prefixed with Taxonomy/Definition

This sub-group needs now to:


  1.  Elect a lead among the contributors
  2.  Set a cadence for working on the topic
  3.  Refine the timeline as stated in https://github.com/openid/cg-ai-identity-management/blob/main/taxonomy-sub-group/README.md
