[Openid-aiim] Proposal for a WG

Hi Monika,

While I'm not the right person to comment on your working group proposal, I
would like to extend an invitation to you and other interested parties at
CyberArk to collaborate on a SCIM extension proposal (github
<https://github.com/macyabbey/draft-scim-agent-extension>, draft
<https://macyabbey.github.io/draft-scim-agent-extension/draft-scim-agent-extension.html>)
for agents and agentic applications.

I've reached out to Mark Wahl as well to see if he'd like to merge his
effort <https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-wahl-scim-agent-schema/>.

If we are able to collaborate on an extension proposal across our three
organizations, I imagine it would do well when presented to the SCIM WG.
