Thank you for kicking off the subgroup meeting today.

I hadn’t seen AGNTCY.org<https://agntcy.org/> before. Quite impressive. One of the blogs Directory v1.0: Dual-Mode Authentication for Secure Agent Discovery<https://blogs.agntcy.org/security/authentication/directory/2026/01/22/directory-authentication-dual-mode-security.html> that use SPIFFE for workload identity and Oauth for human identity might be a useful discussion point for the subgroup. Given their work is quite well supported and developed, it might be a question from an OpenID perspective: what are the gaps, and can the reference architecture be enhanced with additional OIDF standards?

It also has a fictitious use case documented -  CoffeeAgntcy<https://github.com/agntcy/coffeeAgntcy> which is a reference implementation based on a fictitious coffee company.

Just a thought.
