[Openid-aiim-usecases] Use-Cases subgroup charter ready

Hello all,

The charter for the new AIIM Use-Cases subgroup is now available here, and
open for comments:

As you can see, the goal is quite ambitious, but so is Agentic AI !  This
is where it all comes together: authentication, authorization, delegation,
deployments... There's a lot to discuss. If you're interested in
participating, join us next Thursday morning!
