[OpenID] Finalizing OpenID Authentication 2.0 and OpenID Attribute Exchange

+1, Cool.

myOpenID.com & Jyte.com are already live with Openid 2.0.

The mid-December release of myOpenID.com will add support for  
Attribute Exchange (AX).
