[Openid-specs-risc] Agenda for Tomorrow's 3pm Call

The RISC working group will meet tomorrow (3/12) at *3pm PST* to discuss
the event types that we would like to exchange. We're attempting to fast
track this component so* please attend if you have thoughts on RISC events*.

We will close out the meeting with agenda setting for Tuesday's 9am
meeting, which will focus on furthering the technical specs.
