Fyi. The issue of credentials was in the delivery spec but was fixed. The new control plane spec from Marius and Annabelle has the issue. 

Afaik, neither the delivery or token spec have any unresolved issues. 

I have editorial edits and removal of verify event from delivery in the next update as far as secevents goes.
