[Openid-specs-risc] RISC use cases

A couple of weeks ago at the Chicago IETF meeting we started talking about
RISC use cases in more detail. This document captures what we have so far:

Feel free to comment on the document or in this email thread. Having a good
detialed understanding of use cases is critical for the spec, especially
for the distribution spec.

Phil Hunt had a presentation on use cases at IETF:

I think each profile should look a their particular use cases in great
detail.
