[Openid-specs-risc] Fwd: [cti] VIP Invitations for Borderless Cyber DC

The working group has fair amount of traffic. It has established 3 sub
committees as well, if I remember correctly. Much of the mails were
administrative, like electing the chairs or about the PR etc.though.
