You need to use the old version of XML2RFC, which is at http://xml.resource.org/old.html, or else a copyright statement will omitted saying that the spec belongs to the IETF.

I did add the statement that we have in the connect spec.  I guess you mean that the IETF one is being added by XML2rfc.

BTW, you have to customize the xml2rfc translator so that proper OIDF copyright statement appears instead of that of IETF.
