[Openid-specs-mobile-profile] Request to publish CIBA Core Final specification

All,
I've received a request to advance the CIBA Core
<https://openid.net/specs/openid-client-initiated-backchannel-authentication-core-1_0.html>
to Final specification status. In addition to the input received on this
week's MODRNA WG call, this request will be a priority of the working group
in the next coming weeks.

Please take the time to review the current version of the CIBA Core
<https://openid.net/specs/openid-client-initiated-backchannel-authentication-core-1_0.html>
specification
and raise any issues in the issue tracker to allow the working group to
resolve any final input on the specification.
