Please find below the preliminary minutes of our MODRNA call on Sept 15th 2020. Please let me know of any error or misunderstanding of the talks

o       OpenID Foundation-GSMA Workshop

     First attempt of schedule in September, looks more likely in October 2020
o       OpenID Foundation Virtual Workshop - October 28, 2020

Specification Status
•       User Questioning API

   Charles sent the specifications.
==>     Bjorn takes the following steps for turning the doc into other formats (XML, HTML), then post them to the list for an internal MODRNA review. We will then go through the official process with Mike: publish an announcement for the official review followed by the vote. The final status will be Implementers Draft.

   Discussion about the certification program: needs firstly to have several implementations, then an interoperability session. Tests are under the responsibility of the WorkGroup.

Discussion on Mobile Connect R3 [Orange]
GSMA has disengaged from any further development on Mobile Connect. Discussions are held in MODRNA to make the Mobile Connect specs evolve towards a R3 version (mostly a restructuration).
A clarification upon responsibilities is required between OIF/MODRNA and GSMA.
==>     Bjorn to draft a proposal of agenda for the next meeting with GSMA, to be discussed on next call.
