Please find below the preliminary minutes of our MODRNA call on Sept 17th 2019.
Due to technical and network concerns my connection to gotomeeting was not possible, so thanks to Björn to have provided his notes.
In case of any error or misunderstanding, please let me know.

A new certification program announced by the OpenID Foundation : FAPI CIBA profile Certification<https://openid.net/2019/09/16/openid-certification-program-expands-with-the-release-of-financial-grade-api-client-initiated-backchannel-authentication-profile-fapi-ciba-certification/>

Specifications
A second implementer's draft is scheduled for CIBA core spec in October. A discussion happened on the plan to achieve it.
