[Openid-specs-mobile-profile] CIBA sec 7.3 expires_in and interval should be required to be integers - Issue 145

As discussed on the Jan 8 call and for review by the WG, Pull request #56
<https://bitbucket.org/openid/mobile/pull-requests/56/be-explicit-that-expires_in-and-interval>
has proposed changes that make it explicit that expires_in and interval of
the Authentication Request Acknowledgement are positive integers
represented as JSON numbers.
