[Openid-specs-mobile-profile] CIBA grant type

The value of extension grant types have to be full URIs by definition from
RFC6749 <https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6749#section-4.5> but the CIBA
draft intermixes "backchannel_request" and "urn:openid:params:modrna:
grant‑type:backchannel_request" for the parameter value of the grant type
it defines. The latter is what it should be in the draft anywhere the
actual value of the grant type parameter is used. When referring to it in
text the underscore probably shouldn't be used in "backchannel_request" so
as to avoid potential confusion with an actual parameter value. I.e.
something like, "and a new grant type called backchannel request to poll
the token endpoint."
