Please find below the preliminary minutes of our call, and let me know of any misunderstanding or missing.
This call had to be shortened due to a lack of attendance regarding the proposed agenda.

Questions about the issue tracker: due to lack of participants, not enough comments to deal with the issue tracker during the calls nor electronically. How can we solve this issue ? , what is the most efficient way ? One suggestion is to address this question during the F2F meeting. In the igov group for example, the editor leads the discussion. In another group it's the chair... 27 issues are open, and closing each issue takes a large amount of time, at least for reassigning it.
==>     Bjorn to explore another possibilityfor the next call: send an agenda one week before and target several issues to address, call for implied people to attend.
==>     Gonzalo to reach Axel for ciba spec and relative open issues.

User Questionning: --> Philippe to liaise with Charles and Nicolas for a status update on scheduled steps.
F2F meeting
Bjorn to ask to the list who is attending (is the critical mass achieved).
Half day for FAPI joint meeting. GSMA to host ?
On Nov 7th OIF open banking meeting, open to MODRNA attendance on a voluntary basis...
