[Openid-specs-igov] Call on Tuesday

Damn MS clutter.  I was sitting on the line :)

Last I spoke to Adam we wanted to think about getting published.  Are we close to doing that, this use case notwithstanding?

I am at the IETF meeting in Korea, and unfortunately that makes our igov call be at 1am for me.    I won't be able to make it.
