[Openid-specs-igov] userinfo metadata

Hi all,

I seem to remember on one of the calls someone (John?) mentioning OpenID Connect already had a framework for including some sort of claim metadata in the user info object; but I only see reference to "Aggregated" or "Distributed" in claim types... Is there another place I should look for this? Trying to update the spec with some placeholder stuff now.
