[Openid-specs-heart] Spec Updates

I’ve updated the OAuth2 and FHIR/OAuth2 specifications as we discussed on the call. The newest versions are available online here underneath “most recent working group draft” links:

Currently working on the UMA2 profiles, hopefully I’ll have them online by Monday’s call. I’m basing our text off of the UMA1 profiles, but with updated references and adapted requirements.
