[Openid-specs-heart] Openid-specs-heart Digest, Vol 59, Issue 5

I just cast my vote. Before I can do that, I happen to remember which
Google account I initially registered as openid here. Also I need to renew
my individual membership thru PayPal. So the key to more vote is to allow
low barrier entry to membership and keep them active. The other is to
promote it on the openid homepage.
