[Openid-specs-heart] Updated: *DRAFT* HEART Use Case - Patient Authorizes Clinical Research

Attached are two documents in preparation for next week's meeting:

  * A slightly updated use case document that clarifies that there may
    be multiple data aggregation servers.
  * Excerpts from the roll-out slides for the ONC S&I Data Access
    Framework (DAF) Phase 3 to put the use case in context of ongoing
    work for clinical research.
