Interesting idea, so something like this:

perhaps? I kinda like it, and in the hands of someone with a bit more artistic talent it could work well. Take the labels off and just keep the multi-part heart shape and we’re good at various zoom levels. Blow it up and label all the subsections and we’ve got a useful diagram, too.
