[Openid-specs-fapi] Additional commentary requested: 416 - use of claims to convey authorization details.

Hi All,

There are several jurisdictions that are actively looking at Lodging Intent mechanisms to convey a reference to authorization details. If at all possible can I ask members of the FAPI WG to opine on bitbucket ticket referenced regarding the use of OIDC claims / claims parameter to do so.
