[Openid-specs-fapi] FAPI 2.0 Attacker Model and Baseline: Implementer's Draft?

Thanks Daniel.

As discussed on the call it would be good if as many WG members as possible
could review the linked drafts and provide feedback either on the mailing
list or via opening a Bitbucket issue.

If you review the draft, but have no issues to raise then please still
email the list as it is good to know that the draft has been reviewed.
