[Openid-specs-fapi] Call for Adoption of 3 new drafts by the FAPI Working Group

Dear WG

Just to follow up as discussed on the last call that we have now adopted
the below 3 documents.
I encourage every member of the WG to review the docs and provide feedback
either via this list, or the issue tracker or on the weekly WG call.
