[Openid-specs-fapi] HTTP Signing Call Tomorrow

As I’d described in earlier discussions on the mailing list, the other viable HTTP signing specifications are https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-fett-oauth-dpop and https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-oauth-signed-http-request.  Please allocate time in the agenda for me to introduce them as well.

Also, it would be useful if the chairs would provide background in the first ~5 minutes of the call as to why this topic matters to the FAPI working group and what the desired outcome of the call is, so we can all be on the same page.
