[Openid-specs-fapi] published draft pages lack versioning

Hi *,

just wanted to check if there's a reason for the published FAPI drafts
(part 1 and 2) html pages to not be addressable with a draft version.

E.g. only https://openid.net/specs/openid-financial-api-part-2.html is
accessible, but not "draft 06" direct link
https://openid.net/specs/openid-financial-api-part-2-06.html

This is only the case for part 1 and 2, JARM for instance has
<https://openid.net/specs/openid-financial-api-jarm-wd-02.html> these fixed
links.

Resolving to git diffs for getting changes between drafts is, well, not
great of an experience.
