[Openid-specs-fapi] Another work item: anonymous-point-of-sale-backchannel

Hi Nat

There is definitely a use case for this. However at the moment I'm
unconvinced that we need a new work item.
It would be great to have a decoupled profile that meets the use case
described by Sarah as well as use cases where it is acceptable for the RP
to know the users identifier. I'll leave some more notes on the related
issue, but as Ralph mentioned CIBA "should" be able to support the
anonymous use case.

Is it possible to have a more thorough discussion on how CIBA doesn't fit
this use case first?
