[Openid-specs-fapi] currently FAPI is only targeting Europe

FAPI is definitely targeting markets beyond Europe.
FAPI (who's name may well change) is at the moment a secure profile of
OAuth 2 that can be applied to any context that requires a resource owner,
a first or third parry software client and an identity provider to interact
securely.

In the financial space it is being recommended in Japan and considered in
the USA. We are working with ISO TC68 and it may well be included in an ISO
Technical Standard for financial APIs globally - this work is a join effort
between the UK,  Singapore and China.
