[Openid-specs-fapi] FAPI/OB relation to W3C Payment Request

Hi Anders,

Thanks for sending this through and the other emails about OpenWallet.

In my mind, the Payments Request API and OpenBanking APIs can work well
together and have little overlap.

The PISP (payment initiation service provider) use-case in OpenBanking is
essentially a standards-compliant API based method for third parties to
initiate payments on behalf of end-customers.
This capability can be used for e-commerce, accounting software,
peer-to-peer payments, etc.

It sounds sensible for Worldpay to register as a PISP and provide an
interface to the Payment Request API.
