[Openid-specs-fapi] Authorization Code is not specified.

Hi,

The term "Authorization Code" is not explicitly defined in https://openid.net/specs/openid-financial-api-part-1.html#authorization-server
Nor is there a reference to https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6749#section-1.3.1 which might be OK if the reader know OAuth2 in and out.
Furthermore the spelling is once "Authorization Code" and three times "authorization code" in a "Note".

Please consider to approve my PR.
