[Openid-specs-fapi] Aligning Error responses with RFC7807 Problem Details for HTTP APIs?

Hi Nat!

I just started to catch up with FAPI. Sorry for the huge delay!

I certainly think we should try to re-use what exists. And maybe we can
combine our approach and this one.

Let me play around with that and give my feedback.
