[OpenID-Specs-eKYC-IDA] links to document definition

Hi,

how about adding links to each document type that explains the document.
e.g. for the German id card: https://www.bsi.bund.de/EN/Topics/ElectrIDDocuments/eIDcard/eIDcard_node.html
Maybe links to the law establishing the documents?
Preferably in English but, I guess, sometimes there will be no translation. But I guess that makes it clear for issuers and relying parties which document type is intended.

I propose that we cancel the eKYC & IDA Working Group meetings on the 23rd and 30th of December.  That would mean that the working group will next meet on the 6th of January.  If there are no material objections by Monday the 21st I shall go ahead and confirm by mail and update the calendar.
