[Openid-specs-ab] Idea: client issue token themselves

that link fails - this link works https://communities.ca.com/blogs/oauth
if the client is trusted it can do what it likes. The is sort of the PSD2
model in any case.
But if it is my asset (like my money) i do not see why i, or my fiduciary
the bank, should trust the client.
