[Openid-specs-ab] Spec call notes 26-Sep-13

To confirm what Mike said, I have requested a room for Sunday from 12:00 
- 4:00 with a coffee break catered between the two sessions. I cannot 
get a room for that block of time anytime during the week. When I have 
confirmation on the room assignment I will sent an announcement.
