[Openid-specs-ab] OpenID Connect Core draft available for review/discussion

Guys, I haven’t been doing meetings but I think this spec refactoring is
wonderful stuff.  I will volunteer to do one thorough intense end-to-end
review with fresh un-jaded eyes on demand, whenever in the process you
think it would be most useful.
