[Openid-specs-ab] OpenID Connect + Resource Owner Password Credentials Flow

Short answer is "no", but someone could propose and create a Resource Owner
Password Credential Flow Binding, if there is a support for it. That's the
reason why we have an abstract "Messages" and "OAuth code+implicit binding"
called "Standard."
