[Openid-specs-ab] FW: [apps-discuss] Working Group Last Call for draft-ietf-appsawg-acct-uri-02

What impact, if any, would this have on the user experience? As long as 
a user can still type user at domain.com and the system has a deterministic 
way of normalizing that to something, I think it's immaterial whether or 
not the acct: scheme gets used in the back end.
