[Openid-specs-ab] Registration 2.3 typo

There are three levels of spec releases in play:
1. The contents of the bitbucket repository - where raw edits are made
2. The specs released from (1) to http://openid.bitbucket.org/ - Nat runs a script periodically that snapshots (1) to (2)
3. The specs released to http://openid.net/specs/ - We push stable, consistent, well-reviewed snapshots from (1) to (3) as it makes sense to the WG
Implementer's should generally be using (3). But if you're living on the bleeding edge, feel free to use the contents of (1) or (2).

Would you mind explaining the difference between the docs at http://openid.net/specs/.<http://openid.net/specs/>.. and the ones at http://openid.bitbucket.org/.<http://openid.bitbucket.org/>.. ? Or pointing me to where it is explained? I must admit that I've been confused by the two more than a few times.
It looks like the bitbucket ones are more of a working copy but then I was surprised to see that the descryption->description change mentioned earlier in this thread hadn't made it there yet.

Things get promoted when the working group believes we have a cohesive and well reviewed set of changes ready. We currently plan to release a new version after the upcoming JOSE release and before IIW.
