[Openid-specs-ab] Fwd: New Version Notification for draft-sakimura-oauth-requrl-01.txt

Nat and I just refreshed this submission on the request object for OAuth 2.0.  The Connect specs don't explicitly reference it, however it is probably worth floating the idea during OAuth rechartering.
