I have just checked in the draft in the connect repo at https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect/src/master/openid-connect-4-verifiable-presentations/openid-connect-4-verifiable-presentations-1_0.md

I also added the HTML version at https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect/src/master/openid-connect-4-verifiable-presentations-1_0-00.html

Thanks to the working group for adopting our spec as WG draft. I look forward to evolve it to become the 1st choice for implementors seeking for a simple and secure standard for W3C Verifiable Credential Presentation.
