[Openid-specs-ab] Do any of you have the signature format spec for EU COVID Certificate?

I have just started studying the EU COVID Certificate.
Finding the JSON Schema was no-brainer, but I do not seem to find

1) Signature Format
2) Key discovery
3) Key revocation
4) QR Code encoding

specifications. Do you have any pointers for these?
