<div>I know that I could add them. What I'm wondering is if there is some reason why these folk don't feel motivated to add themselves? Isn't being associated with OpenID something that they consider valuable? Many of them are in the business of selling stuff. Normally, such folk don't miss free opportunities to get marketing exposure.
