[OpenID] OpenID Login Box 0.2 released

FEATURES
 - Place the login box any where on your login page
 - Single button with drop down options. Popup based authentication.
 - Support any OP. OpenID 2, OpenID 1, Your own email login. (You can direct
the popup to whereever you want for each button)
 - Sets a cookie for the default button after the first time.
 - Configurable OP's, Login box and Popup.
 - License MIT, GPL.

To see how the login box is added to your page, look at the source code of
openid.example.html.
Instructions are in the comments.

To configure the login box, Popup and Op's, make changes in
openidloginbox.config.js.
Comments explain the options.

After the user is authenticated redirect the browser to loggedin.html,
or return the loggedin.html page. This will close the popup and direct the
browser to your
logged in page (which you can set in openidloginbox.config.js).

If there is an error, redirect to openid.error.html or return its contents.
Edit it if
you want to confure your error message. It will show the error in the popup
and
ask the user to close the popup. The user will remain in the login page.
