[OpenID] Japan Status Update

Hi all.

I have been quite swamped and has not been updating you guys on the
Japanese development.

We have been doing seminars almost every week in the Q1 2009, and
attracted some more new OIDF-J members.

As the result, OIDF-J now has

* The Top Bank
* The Top Insurance Comapny
* Three Top Mobile Carriers
* Three Top Long Distance Carriers
* The Top Electric Equipment Manufacturer
* The Top Retail group
* The Top Online Marchant
* The Top Systems Integrator

etc. We have now 48 corporate members.

It is kind of interesting that we have attracted more "technology
consumers" than the vendors,
turning OIDF-J a fairly good ground of requirement gathering etc.

I will try to keep you updated more often.
