Because I hope we can work together better. You have good feedback at  
times -- but often there is so much impedance, it is hard to  
understand your point. I'd like to understand your point of view --  
but find it difficult.

I am letting you know what the barriers are -- you can choose wether  
you want to communicate with me.

And if you want to ignore my feedback, your option to ignore and just  
delete my requests.
