[OpenID] Call for OpenID book authors ...

OpenID is simple. By itself. So is Oauth. So is foo, bar, and baz by
themselves... What's hard is how all these standards fit together.
I'd love to see a well-written book around the <n> standards surrounding
the web 2.0 open ideas ("open stack" anyone?). Many on this list are
capable of writing this and make a book that sells quite well. ;)
