[OpenID] Voting confidentiality

Whether or not their blog, wiki etc supports OpenID is way down on my
list of criteria for a qualified candidate for the board.
I don't expect Canadian politicians to be active research scientists -
but rather to create, fund & push policies that support scientific research.
